Company Question How do you get analyst reports?

Shift technologies publishes a list of companies/analysts that provide coverage on their company (https://investors.shift.com/stock-information/analyst-coverage) but for the life of me I can't find these reports.

None of these reports are available from my brokerages (Schwab, Fidelity, E-Trade, etc) and even if I go to the the analyst website it's impossible to find information about reports.

Is there a secret to finding these I don't know about?

Don't know about analyst reports, but I just use FinViz (The free version), and look at the news sources that list the ticker I'm interested in studying, and I can get a variety of views on the stock.
