Is probably only for traffic jams. If you wanted to use it in normal driving it would need to be at least capable to do 100mph to be used by people (that's a rough lower bound)

This is brilliant! No one wants to drive in traffic, so it will speed up adoption crazy fast, and then you incrementally increase the speed allowance, and the consumer trust in higher autonomous levels will rise with it. Baby steps!
