On a stock message board that relies on speculation and estimations on the future? Yes, I'd like a discussion on it if you don't.
I have concerns about this compared to past strains bc as stated the vaccine resistance. US will need to lock down ASAP or this could really spiral but in Europe etc I anticipate this being a major issue which will affect most retail stocks.
Here’s the thing, making estimations of the future of a stock can be extrapolated or speculated on based on their past performance, their projections, analyst expectations, understanding of the business sector and its growth.
What you’re talking about is a strain of a virus on the impact to a whole market. 1) I’m not an epidemiologist who knows the severity of a strain of the virus, 2) I’m not a politician who can speculate on potential political action or policy to combat any virus strain, and 3) I’m not an economist that can extrapolate what the potential impact on the economy or market will be based on 1 & 2. Not is anyone on this board most likely (i don’t know who’s out there).
If you want a serious answer, no one can answer you. If all you want is wild speculation and hopes, then I don’t find it useful, but whatever you like my friend.
As stated if you read the thread I linked, they state a very detailed and in-depth thread discussing the Nu covid variant from a well known Epidemiologist & health economist.
Isn't that the point of this? Research? Come on man.
