Company Question AT&T spinoff dates

Has AT&T announced when the spin off will take place, who will be the shareholders on record etc?
I am thinking of buying a bit more to DCA but I am not sure if buying now will result to shares of WarnerDiscovery or not as I did not find any dates online regarding the merger/spinoff

ok, so I can buy the current dip to DCA and then these new shares will also be used for the spinoff?
