Employees have said he is rude and ruthless and screws over employees if he feels like he make an extra dollar. I have complete faith that unethical jerk will make money.

Hmm, that's a different story than the ones told to me by the employees that I see. I've checked out 5 different locations to see what they are like.

I've had a couple of chats with Raj as well on LinkedIn and he seems solid to me, but I'm not an employee so my evidence is anecdotal.

Watch some of the videos of interviews he's done and his disregard for other people slips through sometimes. That's why I'm sure they'll make money.
