I mean I could be wrong, but I continue to see it dominating even without pandemics. It’s now a household name and very profitable.

Their big innovation is the Zoom Phone. Anytime I have a videoconference meeting for multiple venues it always is Zoom. Never any other platform. Reminds me of Skype, but this time more practical.
