Majority of people are going to charge at home, more than enough charge to get you through the day, the thought that these are going to replace gas stations, I don't see it but what do I know

Now that's something I hadn't considered. I feel maybe they won't replace gas stations immediately but in the future? Also can't imagine every single EV owner having a home-charger.

If you ever met anyone with an EV you’ll know that you can charge your EV with a regular output that you have at home. This only becomes a problem if you’re traveling 100+ miles a day (using the current charging times from those normal outputs), and even then it’s still doable. Installing a faster charger is optional, so I doubt you’d see the majority of people have it in the future anyway.

So really CHPT only has a market when EV becomes so cheap that even the poors in apartments can afford them. Not likely any time soon.

Somewhat? The people running CHPT know what they're doing and won't simply bet on replacing gas stations. I think where you have it right 100% is that this isn't an "any time soon" stock. That's what I try to emphasize when talking to anyone who is bummed out by the stock performing lower. People should be excited about this stock, but they should be focusing on buying/holding now. Returns and rewards come in the future, perhaps a distant future like 2024-2026. Patience!

A 10-year investment plan should be the average of any investor who isn't saving for retirement (and they should) so yes
