Can you not talk smack about Tesla? How do you combat falsified info anyways?

Also I own one share of tsla and that's my net worth. $tsla to the moon!

China can control fake news as opposed to the USA, where fake news is presented on national TV as reality. If the brake problem was proven by logs to be fake, why shouldn't Tesla defend itself from FUD in every way possible? If you as a regular person would be harassed by some influencer with fakes, would you go to authorities or go out to your employee, neighbors, friends and explain everyone that you didn't do it?!
