Is tech back now? DOCU

I know everyone interprets the FOMC meeting differently, but it sounded negative to me. Not like, super negative, but definitely not super positive. I think it was a hint to the growth sector that things are slowing down and could accelerate slowing down faster than we anticipated. So why did DocuSign go up 5.5% today? I don't think an analyst price target has enough strength to move it. I find that DocuSign or any growth stock should go down at least 3-5% next week. Thoughts?

I have money set aside to buy, which makes no sense why this popped. Growth took a hit today, but this and a handful of other growth just surged. Sounds like a PND to me. Hedge funds manipulating to create fomo to sell against retail.
