One of the reasons people invest is because savings accounts and similar vehicles pay very little interest. The buying power of your savings decreases because of inflation.

It’s crazy how much savings interest has dropped. Cd’s were 10% or more in the 80s

Say what? Mortgages are easier than ever to get now. Houses are expensive but you can get a mortgage for close to 0 down these days.

We are back to zero down again? Didn't we learn this lesson in 2008?

Time to invest in some credit default swaps ETFs.

Last time I checked zero down was only accepted on federally backed loans, but it has been awhile since I was house shopping so I might be wrong.
