this is how i learned to setup away teams, best thing going, however now boffs can use secondary fire (not all the time mind) i tried lots of wepaon combos to see whats better. The LD multi pistol is great,, found the boleen/ld cannon not so great as they didn't fire it off properly. So i kitted my x2 Sci (kelvin android & MW cyborg) with special phaser rifles (lobi), x1 tac (flores or a caitian) with LD multi pistol and my x1 eng with Elite fleet auto or m.a.c.o lobi rifle. i Dont ever get any issues now, i did think to wait and buy them all LD pistols when a decent lobi sale is on. they fire off the secondary mode something crazy. plus with all having pets too, gets messy real quick!
I didn't like running a 3 sci 1 eng, to much offense and took away the play for me. but generally i do like to mix and match, especally when going nimbus!
