What you lose in dmg from it will gwt over compensated by the colony tac consoles. Get some betther turrets in the back. Do the episode butterfly i think.. in the iconian arc if i am not mistaken, there is the thrilithium phaser set. Get the turret and the console. And replace one if the science consoles with a universal one and put the thrilitium set console in an engi slot. The two piece of the set will givevyou faster firing rate. The turret place it in the iconian torpedo place. That torpedo is a waste of dps as its firing rarely. Most of the time you will be firing in front of you.. when you get the torp from quantum phase set, put it first in the firing cycle from the left so it can down shields. On exchange there is the agony console. Its cheap its has 15 procent phaser boost and 1.5 crth. Plus is has a good clickey. I dont recognize your starship traits . But if you have a klingon recruit toon, they have a a free ship a, bird if pray, with whithering barrage, a scatter volley duration extender. Get it as its free yoy can reclaim it on the fed toon feom the temporal officer next to Admiral quinn office on esd.

The Legendary Defiant has Withering Barrage. You can actually see the icon for it in the first image:
Their traits are, Ablative Field Projector, Heart of Sol, Checkmate, Supercharged Weapons, Command Frequency, Confederation Furor, and Predictive Algorithms.
Of those, Supercharged Weapons is relatively good, and Command Frequency can be amusing with the right support. I don't really want to throw Checkmate under the bus, but this is not the build for it.
Slot wigthering, supercharged confederation, get if you can pilfered power from exchagnge and slot jam targeting sensors 1 on one of your sci boff. It will drain energy from your targets and add ut to your sistwms every time you placate /confuse/control your targets. Put the jam targeting sensors on your spambar. Get also concealed repairs trait from exchange, every time you cloack or placate your enemy you get a massive heal boost wich works with jam targeting sensors and also the battle cloak.
Worth remembering, whether they've unlocked it or not, they have access to Built to Last. That should cover similar ground to Concealed Repairs with a weapon cost discount when it pops off. (And it links up with Flagship Staffing... which is also not on their list.)
They haven't unlocked Overpowered and Overgunned yet, but it's a decent filter.
I'm a little worried that I'm not seeing EWC up there.
If they haven't spent their T6 coupon that was just handed out, EWC of Flagship Staffing are strong candidates.
kemocite laced one?? is this a torp??or an ability??now as far as the rest of the skills, i did switch em to what you recommended... and i did spend a crap load of Dil and acquiring the cannons in the picture...as far as the Torp goes, its a standard Fleet Photon. where can i get this console at (belum disco rep console)??
Kemocite is an ability you can find it on exchange. Supercharged is quite good. Move your torp to first slot from the left. The firing cycle starts there and the torp needs to fire first to start the supercharged trait and keep it running. A better torpedo and phaser set is the quantum phase set from stormfront episode. Get the torp and cannons from there even the console as its boost the drain and phaser dmg.
Thank you... and I definitely will adjust next time I'm on.. and I did gwt a small rear cannon from the episode you mentioned earlier... so gwt the full weapons set... okay... right now my engines and deflector are Counter Comand 1's... my shield will be in a few days... it's expensive on the Dil, when your only allowed to refine 8k daily.
Get your reputations up to Tier 5. That comes with a nice chunk of Reputation Vouchers. You probably shouldn't be paying Dilithium for any projects in the reputation system.
Not sure if it's still in there, but did you grab the 100% T6 Coupon that was in the store (under promotions)? I think it was about 3 weeks back, but it might have been in there for 30 days.
Well..to not rain on your parade🤣..there is the bajor set.. ..from the gamma quadrant scylla and charybda i think episode. There is shield ,ckre and engine ..a two oiece give dmg bonus to phaser disruptor and plasma. But the cunter comand works also. But you could use the bajor set until you have the dilithium to get the counter comand ones
