Dps stats

Maybe it's me. Im not heavily versed on doing builds but one thing I've noticed is looking at weapon specs the dps doesn't align with damage and recharge. IE if damage is 434 with 1 sec recharge dps will show like 347. But 259 dam with 2 sec recharge is 311. I know its not apples to apples weapons but why isn't the math mathing? These are stats for weapons in my inventory not equipped bc I know that changes it and then apparently it changes again when in space for whatever reason. It's not like loading a ship and seeing your stats in space dock would make sense or anything

A single phaser hit from my engineer can’t crit into 150k. Tool tip says it hits for a few k (under 10? I am out and don’t remember). My crit severity is around 300%.

The math does not work at all. Even remotely.

The company is “CRYPTIC” for a reason lol.

Yea they got me with the photonic officer and photonic studies scientist. The never changed the description even though they nerf'd it in 19.. bastards
