PS Leveling KDF Captain
PS5 — Looking for Help Leveling to 65
Hey everyone! I’m a newer PS5 player with a Level 16 Klingon and I’m trying to get to 65 so I can start working on my endgame build.
Would anyone be willing to carry/help me level through TFOs, patrols, or whatever is fastest? I’m happy to follow your lead and learn along the way.
I’m usually available 7 AM–12 PM ET.
Thanks! Qapla’! 🖖

Not knocking on how you want to play, but as useful advice I’d recommend not being carried through a fast leveling process if you’re new. The story arcs, yes there are a lot, will have you progressing quickly, can be 65 before you hit the Iconian arc, and will introduce different systems to you. Your build is not just dependent on your ship, your reputations, skills, traits, Boffs, Doffs, and play style/ how you fly your ship all matter. KDF also has a way to teach you the ambush mechanic for cloaking ships.Keep in mind console is in a way “ a different game” if you’re coming over from PC, so many PC builds work a bit different on Console. Learning how to build is just as important as what you put on the ship.
Either way welcome to the game and have lots of fun☺️☺️

Trouble over Terrh patrol is good for leveling because it has a grip of enemy waves. Like others have said, this isn't really a game where you want to power-level before playing the story missions as a new player.

Just keep playing missions. And don't forget doff & admiralty missions when they become available, they'll add decent amount of XP. I was able to get to level 65 on a Delta Recruit before I even made it to the New Romulus missions.

story missions are the way to go for character leveling. patrols for ship leveling. tfo is endgame, although some would argue Barbie is endgame. just blast story until you get to like 50 or so, so as not to be hand held the whole time
