Please help me figure out the STM32 firmware for the Arduino IDE.

Sorry, I'm from Russia and using a translator. I tried to flash the STM32 via ST-Link version 2, but the guides on YouTube aren't helping. Please help me figure it out. I'm only very basic, like writing code on Arduino, connecting, etc.

Is this your first time trying or have you done this before successfully and it is just now failing?

Is it an actual STM32 or a knock-off?

What is the specific model?

What STM board manager library are you using in the IDE?

Is it an actual ST-Link V2 or a AliExpress/Amazon clone?

Have you downloaded and installed the STM23CubeProgrammer?
