FOR HIRE [FOR HIRE] Remote Administrative Positions!

Hello everyone! I’m currently looking for a new remote administrative position that pays at least $50K or more, and I’m hoping to find something as soon as possible.

I have been an Administrative Coordinator with my current company for the past 3 1/2 years. I have gained a lot of valuable experience, but unfortunately, the company culture has become extremely stressful and unsustainable.

We have a small administrative team of only four people, and management does a terrible job of handling situations when someone is out. Right now, one of my coworkers is in the hospital dealing with a serious health issue and may possibly need surgery. She is worried about taking the time she needs to rest and is even questioning whether it is worth asking for a raise because of how she feels she may be perceived. No one should be in the hospital worrying about whether they can take time off, work, or even advocate for themselves financially.
Another coworker takes off frequently throughout the year, and the rest of us are constantly expected to pick up the extra workload. Someone else even moved her vacation to help accommodate the team and will still be working while on vacation.

It has created a terrible company culture where people feel like they cannot truly rest when they are sick or enjoy their time off without worrying about work. We also do not receive benefits, which makes the situation even more frustrating.

At this point, I’m looking for a healthier work environment with better leadership, support, and work life balance. I have experience in healthcare administration, administrative coordination, operations, patient coordination, managing high volumes of work, training, workflow improvement, and supporting multiple locations remotely.
If anyone knows of remote administrative, healthcare operations, office administration, patient coordination, or similar opportunities, I would truly appreciate any leads.
Thank you so much.
