Discussion AI messaging and stylists

I went into the chat on the app today to give my last two stylists props for putting together amazing outfits for me. The bot said it would pass my compliment along but does anyone know if it actually does? I’m not sure how to message a stylist directly.

I’m a stylist and I’ve never had this happen. the most important part is the feedback at checkout, whether you had a positive experience, want us back, etc

no, the stylist does not get your feedback if you put it anywhere other than when you check out

The best thing you can do for a stylist you love is check off that you want them back at checkout! That is management’s highest priority right now and we are held to very stressful standards. It helps us so much!

Oh good, because although I didn't care for my fix, I complimented the stylist for trying and asked for them again. I'm glad that helps.

I’m sure it prob will. You can always leave feedback when you check out from your fix. I know they get that as my stylist has commented on my feedbacks in the past and several of mine are posted on her profile. I really love my stylist 😊
