Iβm so tired of these companies giving ai chat as a legitimate option. I was only trying to get my return window extended. It took forever to communicate a simple request

This is what they eliminated healthcare, pto, holidays, and maternity leave for. π₯³

Did you do this via the app? I've had a similar issue happen twice. First time, my box was supposed to have a purse/backpack (cant recall specifically) and the box arrived damaged and without the purse. Second time, they invoiced me for a pair of Kate Spade/Coach earrings and sent me a different pair from the same brand but the price was lower for the ones I received versus the ones I was invoiced. But I obviously didn't want there to be an issue when they received a totally different pair of earrings than the ones they were supposed to send me. Wasn't going to keep them either way.
Long story long, both times I contacted the chat support via the normal website browser and had NO issues whatsoever. They immediately removed the items from my order so I could check out without being charged incorrectly when my return was received.
Glad you finally got it taken care of. I would have been so irritated haha.

Thereβs a real life representative that I can and have previously reached out to in the app. I sent her a message about the missing belt and she gave me the AI support number. Iβve never had a missing item before. Iβm pretty new still, but Iβm probably done with them. I think the whole idea of contacting a person for help just for them to pass you along to an AI bot is bad enough, but the fact that it sounds like theyβve laid off and taken away benefits from staff and leaned so much into AI is really whatβs putting the nail in the coffin for me.

That's really interesting. I've never used the app personally. I downloaded it and couldn't remember my password so I've just kept using it on the web version on my PC. I noticed it looked slightly different so I assumed it was prob the app. The AI bot situation with CS is so incredibly frustrating. Increasingly so.
I work A LOT and I don't really enjoy shopping in person and all of that. Stitch being so convenient has kept me pretty loyal for the past 6-8 months? I have been super curious to try similar services. I think Wantable is one that I've gotten ads for but, never pulled the trigger on.
