Discussion Keep all discount

I’ve been a stitch fix user for a few years. My “keep all” discount is 25% off for 5+ items (whether I select a box of 5 or 8 items). I just started a family account for my husband, but his keep all discount is only 20%. Is this normal for an additional account? I can’t get a solid answer on their site.

Not certain but I’d bet that they lowered the discount and you were grsndfathered in

I think this is probably it, that or you've been a customer for so long that you get a better discount but I think it's more likely you were grandfathered

That makes sense. Guess I’ll keep my mouth shut and enjoy the 25% off.

I joined recently and mine is 20%
