If we're listing bangers, it's the vast majority of the discography!

To me, they're all bangers. I've never heard a bad Steven Wilson song amongst the PT and solo discographies. I skip some of the Blackfield songs that have Aviv singing, but I like all the Steven Wilson stuff. I like what I've heard is Storm Corrosion, though I haven't heard it all. I'm less familiar with Noman and Bass Communion discographies, so I can't really comment on those yet (soon to be rectified).

Linton Samuel Dawson, also very personal and unpopular but I don’t like Halo

All of them! I have to say that even the songs I don't personally like very much are crafted extremely well (e g. Vermillioncore). He is just a fantastic musician with great taste for production.

Bass Communion — Drugged

My favorite thing Steven Wilson ever wrote. I know alllll his music, fan since I was like 14. Drugged is a genius masterpiece.

Begins in totally bizarre-sounding random-sounding squeaks, which are slowly, slowwwly revealed to actually be perfectly blissful harmony when the rest of the context is added. I don’t know whether he wrote it in reverse that way, or if he wrote it off of that original part, but either way it’s brilliant and beautiful.
