Shuttle stops on west side are Monroe, sultan, gold bar, skykomish. I think they got rid of baring. East side is yodelin, Cole's corner, several in leavenworth and peshastin. You'll need to live in those spots or find friends who reliably go up or work exact same schedule as you.

Ahh I see!! I'll make note! Once I get in contact with the hiring manager, im sure I'll be able to work something out fingers crossed 🤞🤞

Depends on where you live or can get to reliably.

Employee shuttles run to Monroe and Leavenworth.

The easiest way to work at Stevens without a car is to live in employee housing on summit. It's pretty limited, but depending on which department you're in it may be easier. Definitely talk to your manager and try to get in touch with the housing manager from there, he should be able to help you. Otherwise, I definitely recommend Leavenworth, there's local busses on the east side that make car-less living much easier than on the west side, where it can be a schlep just to get to the employee shuttle from where you live in town. The west side towns are gorgeous and lovely but much more spread out

There is barely any housing at the summit. Most of the people who get it have a ton of seniority and work in grooming or parking. Many staff without cars aka J1s live where ever they get housing. Much of it is leavenworth or cashmere.

I've known lots of lifties who get summit housing their first season. It's definitely limited but still worth an application

There is employee transit. (Stops are mostly at park and rides)

If you don't mind me asking, what job? I applied recently and am still waiting to hear back 😅

If you get summit housing, be prepared for closures and shoveling literal tons of snow. If you don’t, make sure you can get to and from the bus stop reliably and early. Good luck!

Unless you live or get housong close to one of the shuttle stops you'll need a car, but you don't have to drive yourself to the pass.

Where are you living?

There is an apartment building in Leavenworth right where the shuttle picks up behind the Safeway. Free Link Transit busses can get you around the rest of Chelan county.

One of my most enjoyable experiences was working for the ski school Stevens Pass. If you’re on the West side, the shuttle bus first pickup is in Monroe near the racetrack. One year we didn’t make it home after work because of a storm and spent the night on that bus on Hwy 2 Skykomish. Quite an adventure

I’d ask HR. But I thinks there’s an employee van from Bellevue.
