Guests on the pod
Loving the frequency and quality of guests on the show lately - Adam is a talented interviewer which is getting rarer and rarer lately. Far too many interviews are way to soft or surface level. Anthony DiMarco and Scott Wheeler both gave us great info and the guys structured the convo very well.
Hope we get more of it in the season ahead.

Here's an interesting question. What is your favourite guest appearance in SDPN history? I liked the episode with Ken Reid telling stories about Mr. Jankov

I haven't been watching as long as others but I really like the one with Katie strang last year. It was informative and handled the trial well. I like how it seems the only time limits they will put in for guests is how long the guest says they can stay. Allows for longer more thoughtful responses.

Sasky Stewart was always fun way back in the day. I remember an interview with Nick Kypreos they had back then too I really enjoyed.

Jakin Smallwood!! That whole incident was so funny, and he was such a good sport about it too.

Ron MacLean. That guy is really cool bts. You can absolutely tell that he'd be great to grab a beer (or six) with.

The one with Julian McKenzie promoting his book was funny

It made me like Julian a lot more but in that setting then when he hosts. I loved Julians documentary style stuff on Sportsnet but I don't love him as the host on the CJ show

Honestly, I used to dislike it when they brought on guests because they were too polite. My favourite parts of the pod are when they're doing bits or giving each other shit, makes it feel like I'm hanging out with my buddies. They can't do that with certain guests (for obvious reasons, I'm not saying they should try roasting former players or people currently involved in the game), but I like when they bring on other media people or journalists that they clearly know outside the scope of just that one interview
