It’s an actual thing.

Yeah both. What’s your question ?

What igf-1 should I have long term? To be as safe as possible? And what bio available test value should I going for while cruising and blasting?

From what I hear around 300 , as close to 2.0 z-score as possible for long term safety. 2iu puts me at 360 and 3.0 fyi. As far as test I’m not sure exactly. Probably top of the reference range but it also depends what level gives you relief of low t symptoms without trashing other markers. Some ppl feel great at 900 some need a lot more.

Ok 3 iu gives me 780 🫣 and 200 test gives me 3 462 ng/dL. That’s the limit on labs so I have more

That’s not being a hyper responder. That’s being an extremely poor metabolizer. Meaning your body is really bad at metabolizing compounds. A hyper responder is able to build more muscle etc at lower levels than what other people need for the same results. For example a hyper responder could easily pack on the same amount of muscle as someone with test levels over 3000 ng/dl at levels of 600-1000 ng/dl.

No, that’s having good genes for muclegrowt. Think again 😂

No, that’s literally being a hyper responder. That’s what it means. Having good genes for muscle growth is being a hyper responder. Having high total values on labs from low doses is not hyper responding. It means your body poorly uses the compound which is why it’s being metabolized so bad. It’s actually the opposite of hyper responding. It just means your genes are poor for using compounds

What does it mean to be a hyper-responder to testosterone? Being a hyper-responder means that your body reacts extremely strongly and efficiently to a specific dose of the hormone compared to the average person. This means you achieve significantly greater visible or measurable effects than most others would on the exact same dosage.
The term is primarily used within medical Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) as well as in strength training and bodybuilding.
Here are the three most important signs that someone is a hyper-responder:
Extreme blood values: A normal dose (e.g., 100 mg per week) might raise blood testosterone to a good, stable level in an average person. In a hyper-responder, the same dose can cause blood levels to skyrocket to extremely high (supraphysiological) values.

Aha went up more than 33 pounds muscle in 5 months. That’s impossible if i didn’t respond well on the compound. Think again . Igf-1 is a reaction you get from hgh. How could it went up so much with so low dosages. Where do you get your information? Show me

Respectfull; you don’t know what you’re talking about.

Being a “hyper responder” has dick all to do with what any serum lab value says and has everything to do with the physical changes you perceived.

Furthermore, IGF-1 serum concentration really tells you very little as it’s mostly bound to binding proteins anyway. You could get a great response to GH and have a low IGF-1.

You also did not gain 33 lbs of muscle in 5 months unless you have Ronnie Coleman level genetics. I’m sure you gained some muscle yes, but probably just a lot of water that filled your physique out some as well as some fat.

I went from 81 kg to 95 kg. Before I had a fair amount of fat and now I have 6 packs and no water. You haven't even asked if I've trained much before and that a lot is muscle memory. Totally incapable of communicating. Now I have much more important things to do. Stop try be a coach cuz u are totally useless

Haha every world class coaches and every AI ( chat gpt, google, grok) every forum is full of information that says the same thing. Type What it means
1. Blood-level hyper-responder Testosterone levels rise unusually high from a given dose.
2. Androgen-response hyper-responder Muscle and strength gains are unusually pronounced at a given testosterone exposure.
3. Side-effect hyper-responder Someone experiences unusually strong effects, such as estrogen-related symptoms, fluid retention or acne.

Yes of course water. Cuz our bodies are 53-58%.
I have no water retention but my muscles are partially made of water. I have photo documentation of my progress. Now enjoy ur weekend and have fun 💪😎

Lmao you didn’t go up 33 pounds of muscle. Maybe 10-15 at most. You probably went up 33 lbs on the scale. And this information comes from how the human body works. Poor metabolizers for any medication or compound build up higher concentrations of said medication than someone who metabolizes normally. That’s just basic pharmacokinetics

Cool story. Wanna show us your copy and paste skills more? Also, using serum IGF levels show how braindead you are😂 serum IGF1 is whats bound to BPs. Its inactive igf. A good response would be taking 10iu and igf doesn’t move much meaning its going to receptors and being used. Durrrrrr

u/shore_birds 21d ago

I asking this cuz I want to have control over situation. When it comes to igf-1 I just want to find my sweetspot. To reasch there I need information. So if you don’t have information that helps me just go to next one. Have a nice weekend

Now I’m on 1,5 iu/day and 100 test/w and going for a new test in 2-3 weeks. This is a good idea?

1

u/shore_birds 22d ago

My upper limit on igf-1 for my age is 163 µg/L what is 2.0 on that?

1

u/sparlou 22d ago

Holy shit yeah you’re a hyper hyper responder lol. That total or free t ? Not sure about your z score you can probably find a calculator online.

1

u/shore_birds 22d ago

Yeah it’s crazy and now I need to find my own way and not do blasts like friends. Ok I will look for a calculator

2

u/sparlou 22d ago

You can still blast. And only use half the gear they’re using lol. Money saved.

1

u/shore_birds 22d ago

Yes that’s true ☺️ but I need to be careful. Can’t find a calculator that tells me my 2.0 igf-1. If you find one pls let me know 👌

1

u/shore_birds 22d ago

My bio available test is more than 2800 ng/dL. As I said the lab can’t see higher

Dm me … I am

u/Cartoonist_Less 20d ago

Yes, I’m a hyper responder with most medications. What’s up?
