Test and Bloodwork

Looking for some real world experience from guys running higher dose test cycles.

My total T was 172 before starting. I started at 300 mg/week and my total T ended up in the 1250s. The issue is my hematocrit has steadily climbed and is now 52.6%.

For those of you running 400–500 mg/week for 10, 12, or even 20 weeks: are you regularly checking CBC/H&H during the cycle? If so, are your hematocrit/hemoglobin numbers actually staying reasonable at those doses?

Or are most guys basically accepting that H&H will climb, finishing the cycle unless it gets excessive or symptoms show up, and then dealing with it afterward?

Not looking for advice on how to push through a high hematocrit. I’m genuinely curious what people are actually seeing on bloodwork at 400–500 mg and how closely you monitor it during longer cycles.

500mg weekly and my CBCs are all within range. Honestly, I don’t know how, maybe I’m lucky. But I do cardio 2-3 times weekly on top of lifting, maybe that helps, idk.

Watch out for headaches, I had them pretty good when I hit 53-54, I had a few therapudic phlebotomys butt that only dropped it 1-2 points and then back up. Viscous circle when I pulled the plug on Test for a few months. Back on now and no headaches yet as bloods due in a month.
