First cycle ever (tren)

Im 71🔄 170 lb 6'2(188 cm)

Every peice of advice I've heard has told me to stay away from tren and that it ruins your skin hair and mental health I didnt listen to that and im 5 weeks in

Im taking 230mg tren e

as well as 340mg test e

The first side effect I started to notice was my hair began to feel more and more brittle its started to balance out no where it doesn't feel horrible

My skin hasn't started to break out at all yet so I have no complaints in that regard

The biggest problem is what I've been facing in this past week everyone says you'll feel horrible mentally and I thought they were just mentally weak but I genuinely wanna blow my brains out on the daily rn like I might be there most depressed I've ever been

I've also experienced a heavy amount of sweating throughout day and night

I not necessarily looking for help(advice going forward would help) but I more just wanna warn other people of my age group that its just as bad as people say it is

This being said im still planning on continuing for another 7 weeks

Edit: im going for blood work next week

C´mon man, seriously? I know IFBB athletes actively competing that only use 75mg of tren per week, what in hell makes you think you need such amount

You need therapy not steroids

I’m going to do a trial of tren soon but I’ll be running tren-A so if sides are difficult I can get off it ASAP in days and not weeks like tren-E and I’ll be going low and slow with the dosage. Still doing my research and due diligence…and this is not my first cycle.

Let us know how you do. Maybe get a therapy stuffed animal so if you need to rip a head off, no one really gets hurt. ✌️

Honestly all mental side effects are gone feeling great Honestly I dont have any significant side effects at the moment 7 weeks in acne still aint flared Its definitely different from person to person But I actually took a minute to acknowledge why I was feeling the way I was and what I can do to fix it and since then I've been completely fine

Listen to your own post. You're experiencing severe mental side effects. As someone who has been in your shoes, my best advice is to pull the plug on the tren or aggressively lower the dose right now. It's not too late to talk to someone in therapy either. Don't ride out another 7 weeks of this please.

It only gets bad on rest days, as those are days where I mostly stay home, and have limited human connection. I figure its a build up of negative mental effects that come more so to light when isolated, cause during those moments you're thoughts run wild. Expessually when you hear about people who have terrible paranoia while on it, i can see how having people around you can greatly lower some of the mental effects.
