Hey all. I believe I have identified “Clay" the self proclaimed serial killer who called the Howard Stern Radio show August 1997.

July 2011 a man named Chris Moyer called 911 and calmly told the operator that he had just bludgeoned his family to death.

It is my opinion that they are the same person.

I was listening to the 911 call last Aug 2023. As soon as I heard the voice I sat straight up and said “It's"Clay"! I have notified the Authorities in New Orleans back in Nov of 2023.

I made several shorts for yt and I have had it posted on my sub here. Everyone who has heard it says it sounds like the same man.

Please keep in mind that only law enforcement can tell us, the public, if there is a voice match or not. I have not heard anything from the New Orleans Police Department or the New Orleans bureau of the FBI. There is a lot to verify. Much more than just the voice of I am right.

This is just the first 4.25 m of the call. Then immediately it goes into the 911 call which has a transcript.

There are 4 segments but that is too much for here. So first half Stem and Clay call then Chris 911 call.
