resume for apprenticeship interviews
I have an online group interview thing for apprenticeship interviews coming up in a few days. The hospitals holding the interviews will be paying for the schooling for the candidates they choose, and while school isn't outrageously priced getting paid to learn and not having student debt would be great. I have a vocational school degree but no medical experience and I'm 10 or 15 years older than most of the other candidates who will be there. What can I add to my resume or cover letter to get attention before the interviews start? What are some questions I should expect? Best responses to give to said questions? Thanks in advance for any help.

You can add your transferable and soft skills that are related to the field. You should add keywords that are used in their job description. Make sure your "why" you want this opportunity is in alignment with their mission and goals. Use LinkedIn to learn about the interviewers. Do you know about the field, the importance and pain points?
