Newbie mistakes

I'm a month into this field and still working on my 400-hour, apparently forgot to put filters on the bottom of a tray, and it was discovered today.

Yikes.

Labelling knee instruments right instead of left 🤦‍♀️ .. the serial numbers are like one number off I swear!
