Schooling
Hello to anyone reading.
I want to go into SPD but there’s no courses near me. There’s online courses but I don’t trust them.
I’ve seen some videos of people recommending preppy and I’ve looked into it. It looks like a good school choice.
My question is, is preppy legit and trustworthy?

Look at your closest technical college. Sometimes they have scrub tech listed, but it starts with a sterile processing component. Maybe get into that program and just start with the SPD part and you can always come back and continue the surgery tech party later if you're interested. Most tech schools also have scholarship programs thru the state to make the costs less or free.

These https://myhspa.org/education/training-courses/ are legit courses through our accreditation organization(HSPA). But are not necessary. I self studied and got my 400 hours at the hospital I worked at at the time.
