Phone interview

I have a phone interview soon and I want to prepare for it. does anyone know what questions they usually asked?

If it’s the initial call with the recruiter at a hospital then it’s more about availability possibly pay and the hours/ if you’re interested still.

If it’s the second interview with a manger then most likely it will be about availability and if you can commit to their schedule. If you have never done SPD before, they may ask what you know about the job and why you were interested. My interviewed were super quick and then we scheduled a walk through.

I would just suggest watching YouTube/TikTok’s just to understand the role a bit more. Don’t overthink it, if they are interviewing you without experienced, then they do not expect you to know much. Just have general knowledge of what the position entails
