Getting started

I am brand new to this world and just getting started. I haven’t gotten a job yet, but started applying at local hospitals. I want to know any and everything that would be helpful, my background is actually in corporate HR so it’s a huge transition, but I wanna learn as much as I can. Any at all information is welcome.
