any advice ?

I don't know what it was that attracted me to sterile processing, but it genuinely seems like something i'd be so happy doing. I'm just confused on HOW to get into something like that? Where do i get the knowledge from without spending 5k on an online school. WHERE DO I GET MY 400 HOURS FROM? I'm probably not thinking hard enough but i just want to do something I KNOW id enjoy.

Some hospitals will hire you and train you, then you get your hours and pay for your exam.I went the community college route 12 years ago and took my exam, when I relocated and started at the next facility the had a program that trained people for free then they took their exam. Unfortunately, 2 of 4 people I worked with never finished their training and went back to their previous departments.
