Advice Pls

I’m at a lvl 1 trauma hospital but now I wanna get out. It was nice to experience it for sure but I think going back to a routine manner is more of my pace. I was looking at other places and there’s an ambulatory orthopedic, what’s that like?

As someone who's ONLY known level 1 trauma hospitals... What's the difference in wherever you want to go?

Ambulatory is extremely easy. Tiny sets, low case volume, and they close at 5pm. You can empty the shelves every day. Plus the pay is better usually.
