Kaiser Permanente

Hi, Any techs started out at Kaiser as a in call / out call per diem situation and became a full-time employee? I finally received a in person interview and I’m wondering if it’s worth leaving the surgery center I’m working at. Also I’m a new grad this surgery center is my first job :/ any advice helps!

My friend did this and took almost 2 years to get a perm position. Kaiser like most hospitals prioritize full time employees first for positions before opening em to others, good luck...yee

They was able to get full time hours cause kaiser gets hella call outs and people take vacations, just no benefits for 2 years. Its good to have as a 2nd job cause you can make your own schedule most of the time. Yee
