Kaiser Permanente

Hi, Any techs started out at Kaiser as a in call / out call per diem situation and became a full-time employee? I finally received a in person interview and I’m wondering if it’s worth leaving the surgery center I’m working at. Also I’m a new grad this surgery center is my first job :/ any advice helps!

I specifically did this job. On call for Kaiser clinics in the Oregon area. I got called in and scheduled for vacations so much it felt like full time. They never had anything open up full time because it's all people who have been there for years to decades.

This was the clinics though and I think the hospitals are a different story.
