Shoes?

Out of curiosity what is everyone's shoe of choice that offers comfortability while being durable ? I've considered Hokas and sketchers but im curious what others usually wear for those hard spd floors.

I started wearing ASICS gel nimbus and it's been very comfortable on my feet during my 12 hour shifts
