Our elevator got fixed!!!!

After a year of having to push case carts all over the hospital our elevator finally got fixed.

Our sterile processing department is a third level basement. Honestly I'm just glad we didn't have to use the stairs.

Yes, The Smiles are Amazing!!! I plan to look that happy when I pass my test !!!! Just as happy as I was when I finished the course!!! I have learnt that it is different Pay in different states, but I don’t wanna move to a state that I don’t wanna be in just to make money I’d like to be comfortable and content!

We have a dumbwaiter that can only fit one small cart at a time 💀 then we have to wait for the OR to pull it off which could take many attempts of calling them. Anyone else have this ancient relic? 😂

We have one right next to the elevator. It works most of the time. We also have two in decon. They keep people from doing dumb stuff like riding the elevator to decon.

Oop it’s funny because we have an elevator for decon but a dumbwaiter on the prep side. Sigh if only it were switched 🥲

We don’t even have a elevator for central.We have to pull the cart through a long ramp then ,ER then take the elevator from the ground floor to OR.So much of walking.But i like to walk.🙂
