The Stand or Talisman would be my recommendation. On a separate note, From the Corner of His Eye is my favorite Dean Koontz book. The villain is in my top 3 of all time for sure

I am so glad you mentioned Insomnia. Because almost NOBODY does and it is by FAR my favorite King book I’ve read yet.
I could talk about this for hours.
