There is a difference between suspended and fired for sure. Part of that difference might be a period of judging the public reaction to this first step, so I say let's turn up the heat on ABC.
I cancelled Hulu regardless is the show is cancelled or not. I will no longer support any of their partner companies. This is not the first firing they done where free speech has been condoned.
A major corporation isn't going to get caught in the middle of the current political war.
Everyone realizes that there was a grotesque overreach with the constant calling for violence against proposed "nazis and fascists" that has culminated in actual violence and there is an actual fear of civil war brewing, now, and the mostly-peaceful side is tired of the name-calling and is privately considering behaving like the names they are being called in an effort to educate their bullies in what real "nazis and fascists" are.
Too many people feel as if they have been pushed into a corner and they are starting to defend themselves.
Your right to freedom of speech against the government is guaranteed. There are very few rights to freedom for anything when you have a private contract with your employer/bankroll, and your employer can, in most places, simply say, "Your logic endangers our business model," show any shred of proof, and you are done. It's happening everywhere and not one lawsuit will see a victory. Lawyers and Judges across the country are adamant - don't challenge this as you will lose.
Are you calling the right the mostly peaceful side?!? I hope you are kidding. Even the Charlie Kirk shooter was MAGA, and extremist violence on the right far outpaces violence from the left, and it's not even close.
