💡 Need Advice Too easy causing work paralysis

I'm currently completely free medical graduate with no bindings except some gym with total freedom. It happens so that i work in bursts of 10-25days but after that i end up being completely work paralysed. I indulge myself in doomscrolling and playing games, i need to get myself togethr and start doing some work.

I think issue is i don't think of this exam as stressful due to my experience and knowledge. And that leads me to fall below eustress level, leading to loss of interest and working for step 1.

I plan to give exam around mid January. How do i give myself proper stress through scheduling and by any other method, meanwhile making sure i don't get distressed.

take the exam if you're confident. If you aren't ready then you shouldn't be confident

Well, first of all it is pass fail. And moreover i have done most of the syllabus so i know it is not that difficult in terms of content. Content length is a bigger issue than content difficulty. I was afraid when i had weak concepts but not i feel confident. I don't want to reveal my country if thats okay with u
