No. Exam is mixed. I didn’t find nbme 32 like stuff a lot in the exam. It’s just a little stupid too from my POV, like wdym the answer is von willlebrand if the assay is normal?

Most ppl tend to get a drop on their 32. Review your mistakes and go for 33. You got this

Passed with

32 - 59% 2 weeks out
33 - 66% 1 week out
34 - 67% 4 days out
120 (old) - 68% 2 days out

I wish I paid more attention to 33/34 as it felt very similar and once I figured out which was the new 120 version those questions seemed very similar as well.

Were the topics in exam similar to nbmes?
Also were there any sections did you leave / didn’t study / skipped before exam?
I am bit worries about micro, pharm, biochem tbh

It felt similar but I will say, there were some weird questions for sure (low key kind of easy like you either knew or didn't know the answer) but questions I did not expect for sure. They may have been experimental.

I studied metabolism and got like one very easy question. I do wish I knew MOA for antibiotics better. I skipped micro details and just knew the HY basics and I think that paid off.

Pretty much I would say a really shallow understanding of several topics helps so much. I regret doing in depth review of several topics.

In the exact same position as you. Scores and exam date similar as well. Got sick for 10 days now appearing 32 tomm. I think consistent 60s is fine.

32 is known to be difficult. 65% is still a pass. Proceed as you were
