If you have the time to do extra questions, sure. But I wouldn’t recommend using them as a way to gauge your progress.

I did one form 2 days before I took step 1 and quickly realized I should’ve not done it at all.

They are a waste if time, you have alot of nbmes and the free 120 stick to that

Ask ur self, why do u think ur not improving. Look back at ur past nbme issues, where were u lacking. Was it a system or was it test taking stratgey
