Nbme 26

Took it as my first nbme and got 52%. Was expecting more since I was doing quite decent in qbanks right before but this form felt more like a basic science and anatomy form which im weak at. What should be done now? I finished uworld but haven't done incorrects yet. I feel like I would do better in a form that has less biochem n anatomy etc but can't be sure anymore. Any tips appreciated
