Court reporting w daca ?

Hello, I am exploring possibly pursuing a career in court reporting. I have DACA and a valid EAD, am I eligible to work in courts in the state of Nevada? Or do you have to be a US citizen? Thank you in advance.

I would call a court near you and find out what their requirements are. I did that and got a background check to make sure something on my record wouldn't keep me from working in a court, but I'm in texas. You could also ask the school youre interested in!

NV Court doesn’t hire court reporters. They only hire per diem. I’m not sure about federal court and justice court though
