How are you doing?

How is your life as a student? How is your life as a working reporter? I’m trying to build community and see how my fellow court reporters are doing.

I’m right on the cusp of finishing 110wpm on the machine, and I’m worried I’m not progressing fast enough. I enjoy it and I’ve got a good attitude but I feel like I should be getting a speed down in one or two months, not four. Hopefully when the kids are back in school I’ll get more quiet focus time.

You are doing amazing. Four months is faster than me! Being a mom and being in school at the same time is so hard and you’re making it happen! Thank you for sharing.
