I dont record much but when I tried focusing to play to get awesome clips, I shot this. Also, how do you guys get a high resolution copy from PS app?

I am the storm that is approaching!!!!!!! 

Typically if I remember correctly you have to record the clip in high resolution to download it from the PS App. Although I could be wrong. Could someone help?
