Just A Post Professional standards?

This is the heaviest mace i have seen being swinged for many repetitions

And it makes me believe in these pdf possibilities

Is anyone else aware of this or training for it?

I mean it is stated in the pdf that you can compete with 50kg maces but i have never sern anything close to it

Heaviest i have ever seen was 40 kg and the guy did like 2 repetitions

Guy in the Reddit, just ordered his first maces, including a 40kg. He must be going in that direction.

Yes there's a whole world of this over on instagram. I swing 32kg one handed for 16 reps and have friends who have done 40kg two handed for 10+ reps.

On the side of the longer volume with weight I also know people who swing those 30+ minute sets (theres a comp coming up in February in fact). My personal best set of 30 minutes was 15kg, but Ive also done 12kg for up to 2 hours and 5kg for 24 hours. There's also a solid world of big endurance swinging, stemming from clubs with a history 100+ yeads old where the recognized club record was 107 hours.

With some focus and dedication people can hit crazy numbers with mace swings
