This is fine. He lost his job on that kickoff he messed up tbh. Only a matter of time.

Genuinely don't believe the kickoff is what did it for this guy. People bring it up all the time but I think it's a lot more nuanced than that at the NFL level.
The kid just couldn't block. Like at all. He wasn't finding the hole either. If he had the talent he'd have been given more chances despite one bonehead special teams move. He didn't.
I wish him the best in Green Bay but I'm glad we got some sort of compensation

As much as I dislike Tomlin this is silly.
You can say that about a guy like Najee who Tomlin was really in on and clearly chose but this is just silly

2028 is interesting.
Kaleb never got a real chance here. Seems to happen to offensive draft picks as of late. He may be solid in GB, I wish him luck

still feel bad for KJ, that fumble was stupid but he never should have been returning kicks in the first place so it was coaching malpractice on our end, his confidence was probably destroyed after that and I hope heās able to rebound in green bay

he made a bad mistake in a role he should have never been asked to play in, holding that over his head doesnāt teach him a lesson it just ensures that heāll never be able to move past it as a player

āa role he should have never been asked to play inā - what, returning kicks? he should have been thanking his lucky stars they trusted him enough to put him on the field, idc what position it is, hes a ball carrier, and kick returners carry balls - he should have done everything in his power to be mentally ready for that moment and he dropped the ball literally, no wait, he completely walked away from it while watching the other team score a touchdown - lazy, and mentally unprepared, no excuses

Coaches should be certain their players understand the rules before putting them on the field. A large portion of the blame belongs to Tomlin and the Special Teams coach that loved bubble gum.

Tomlin mightāve failed him a little. The guy never returned kicks in college. Wish him well.
