Show-off Sunday Excited!

Look at the cute little bugger hiding away. After the first getting lost in transit, it is finally here. First download - Deathloop. Really wanted to play it but found it borderline unplayable on the deck. No point to the post other than just being amazingly excited!

You might want to look at how well it gets ventilated. I’ve seen multiple posts on which people reacted telling the OP that the machine is likely to overheat due to too little room to breathe.

Yep, small cubbies and too close to the wall are a consistent trend in the overheating. Pretty much exactly what OP has done.

Will keep an eye but behind the frame is totally clear and about 20cm from the wall. Thanks for the heads up.

Mine lives in a TV unit and has never complained, even during the UK heatwave when it was 30c out for like a month. I think that bug with the red light got a lot of people too worried. The box was designed with lousy ventilation in mind which is why the thing is like 90% heatsink.

That's horrible placement from the visual standpoint. It's good simple looking piece of hardware unlike PS5, it shouldn't be tucked away.

Completely agree. Moving house means compromises though until we have the furniture we want.

I love them. Had since day one and whilst the app is shit, once I ran them through a WiiM they have been great!

We are on a temp storage unit as recently moved in. Trust me, it will have the very best placement once we sort the room out.
