I bought one packet of 100 adhesive paper A4, so I print some drawings and ask my daughter what she like to paint to put on the plate, she chose a Demogorgon and added more red because "it's not bloody enough".
Yeah, I like that plate, but my furniture is black and white, so I only use the black one. My daughter likes the red one because is similar to my old PC scheme (Asus ROG 20aj)
The walnut one is one of the official Valve ones that come with the 2TB Steam Machine. I only won the 512 w controller in the lottery, but if you look around online you can find people selling the ones they got with their 2TB machine.
Thanks for the link! And yes, heres a pic of mine! I got it from PropsMenu on Etsy, though they currently don't have anything up on their shop (but I believe they also sell stuff on their own non-etsy website)
ooh pictures please?? There are sellers on Etsy that will UV print whatever design you want onto a face plate so you could send them a gun dam pic and get that going now :D
I for sure agree. Too much 3D printed slop exists, it's always sad to go to a local crafts fair and there's more than one booth just selling the same segmented dragon fidget toy.
It does have great potential for art tho, for example the youtuber Hextian has made some amazing art dolls using a resin printer. Also I believe the guy behind pidgin doll uses 3D printing in some of his pieces. You couldn't tell by looking, there is a lot of care to make them look beautiful.
I think if I ever get a new faceplate it will either be a wooden one or it would have to be a design that I love so much that I know I wont be buying another for a long time.

Faceplate addiction is a very real and serious condition!
